second rider to be hit by a prosecco cork. if I was a DS, I'd be telling my riders to give the bottle to the guy in 2nd place.

Then cyclesetforme.fr puplishes an article stating the Colnago V3RS is a "watt sinkhole" and is 15 watts slower than other bikes such as the Canyon Aeroad. That seems like a big difference for two modern aero bikes and it sure hasn't hurt Tadej any.
It's quite possible that the bike is a bit worse than some of the competitors, but still, he was never close enough to win this year anyway, so it's not like the bike was the reason for his results.
You're talking about who now?
Gaviria, sorry. In reference to his "shit bike" quote.

The lads need training in how to pop a cork. Either that or wear their shades on the podium.

A real shame about Girmay though, I wanted to see more of his resilient sprinting.

Riders are tired to hold bottle safely.
Organizers can improve safety by making angled bottle holder with cork directed upfront.
or ask riders to wear shades, as Miller suggested, so we can watch cycling glasses crash tests.

Well he's only young. Van der Poel puts ketchup on spaghetti but that doesn't make it right.

Yesterday's Giro stage was pretty exciting. The battle for the break away in the morning was incredible.... just constant attacks, nothing going away.

Bardet out with sickness. That's a blow to the race, he was looking really good.

So so sad to hear. He will probably go to the TdF now but stands little change against Pogacar and Roglic.

The saddest thing I've ever heard in cycling is what happened down in Austin Tx. What a gawdawful mess, 3 lives ruined.

Real pity for Bardet, it looked like he was up for it and eager to attack and take chances.
