Would appreciate some guidance before placing an order.

I'm 6' 160lbs with 32" waist and 39" chest.

I have a Large Rapha Pro Aero (nice fit and very tight although arms are too tight).

Would the Maap jersey size equivalents be:
Large Echo Pro Base Jersey
Medium Training Jersey

(Also getting the Pro Bibs in medium. I'm medium in Assos, Rapha and Q36.5 bibs and large in Castelli Premio Black so assume medium will work well).

Thanks

We are exactly the same height and weight. I use the same size both in Rapha and Maap.

Small for upper parts (jerseys, jackets, vests)
Medium for lower parts (bibs) although i am curious to try small in maap next time.

I weigh 66 kg and 181 cm. I'm looking at the MAAP New World Pro Hex Short Sleeve Jersey. I'm not sure if to get M or S. The Castelli Aero Race in M fits me perfectly for reference.

Also. Is this Maap jersey an aero jersey? Seems to be a tight fit from the description.

I have the Emblem Pro Hex Jersey in size S (181cm, 68kg). The fit is pretty tight, but size M didn't feel comfortable around the shoulders/arms. It's my only MAAP jersy so I can't compare it to their race fit jerseys. In a riding position it's very comfortable.

At 1,77m and around 61kg I'm wearing Maap Team Bib Shorts in S and the Echo Pro Base Jersey in XS. The shorts offer some compression, but very good overall comfort and the jersey is very nice, too. Compared to the Rapha Midweight Pro Team Jerseys that I own, it is a bit longer, which i prefer, but lacks the valuables pocket.

Overall, I really like the kit and would consider buying maap again.

Does anyone havs a PURPLE ASH piece from MAAP?

I want to know how this colour looks in person. Is it more Grey or Purply? Hoping the former.

I currently have :
- Team Bib Short 3.0
- Echo Pro Base Jersey
- Evade Pro Base LS Jersey
- Prime Vest

But I wanna expand into a longer kit for the colder days coming up, was looking at :
- Team Thermal Bib Tights
- Thermal Base Layer LS Tee
- Force Pro Winter LS Jersey
- Prime Jacket

Anyone have any experience with 1 of the above? Looking for fit/quality/temp ranges.

I have all of the items you have and all the ones you want except the Prime jacket.

I wear medium across the board with their bibs and vests and jerseys.

Only in the LS thermal training jersey I had to size up to large as they are crazy small (weird for their training line), and in the allied pro air jersey (purple ash) I had to return it because the arm hems were too tight (but jersey was fine otherwise and similar fit to the pro hex).

The pro force winter jersey is a nice piece and good for low teens (celcius). The Thermal bib tights fit the same as pro and Team Evo bibs and I can use them in single digit weather (I used their leg and arm warmers in the teens).

I haven't gone with the Prime jacket yet because I think I might be able to get away with a long sleeve base layer from Q36.5 (amazing pieces) and the pro force or ls thermal training jersey and Prime vest without having to get the jacket but it hasn't gotten cold enough yet to try that combo this year.

I was referring to
https://maap.cc/eu/products/thermal-bas ... -tee-black , its the base layer, not the jersey. Was thinking of combining the baselayer and long sleeve jersey to be able to ride in 5-7C or so. Def wanna get the bib tights , did you try the apex deep winter ones? And how do they compare?

Pro force jersey and LS baselayer perhaps with gillet should be able to go lower then 10. I Can do that with my evade pro and LS baselayer too

I don't have the deep winter bibs as at some point I just ride the trainer. Mid single digits is kind of as cold I go.

I don't have the Maap ls base layer (yet) but I wear this one from Q36.5 -

I'm pretty certain with the ls base, Pro force jersey and vest (along with thermal tights) and good gloves, buff, hat and shoe covers that I'll be good in the 5-7 range

Which options do you have for the single digits and seem the most versatile to you? They have quite a few options these days and with the new strava challenges its the perfect time to order a few pieces :)

For the past month I've been riding in single digits in the Team Evo tights, LS thermal base layer, LS Training Jersey and Prime Vest.

I have a couple of LS Training Jerseys but I would recommend the current LS Force Pro Winter instead. I also just bought the Apex 2.0 but it seems pretty heavy duty and better for cold temps and I haven't worn yet.

Here's my current set up for the past month (0-12 degrees celcius)

LS Jersey

How do you like their Overshoe for winter?

Currently, I'm using the Rapha Pro Team version and the newest one is good...but not quite as warm as I would like.
Thinking about trying the MAAP.

I bought a few Alt_Road gear and like it. The sleeves fit me better than the Pro Team sleeves.
