I'll start, and hopefully the thread will become long.
That's me on the right together with another mamil
Ottestad Idrettslag, OIL for short, based in what has become a suburb of Hamar, Norway. The club was started in 1918, but the cycling branch is as new as 2006. We've had some kids coming though to national level, with a couple of national titles for junior women, but our biggest claim to fame must be the rather spectacular UCI 1.2 race Gylne Gutuer. What other 1.2 level races get shown live on prime TV?
Kit is by Bioracer since september 2017.
Three of our juniors in Mallorca in 2018

This was my last teams kit, which I really liked. There's a purple to pink fade in the middle that's not really visible in the picture.
Right now I'm a bit lost, gained a lot of weight during the pandemic and trying to find my way back to cycling.

That’s nice, zirco.
Is shorts the same colour as the jersey fashionable in your parts? In Norway most opt for black shorts these days.
That gravel road is the feared Truls Korsæth’s Corner sector of the Gylne Gutuer race. Popular Ambulance work area, at least before the resurfacing done days before the shot.

Like seemingly many others in this thread, I also designed the latest iteration of my club's kit. Also like many others you might say it is inspired by the clean Rapha aesthetic rather than a overly busy pro team jersey.
Club is called Fredrikshof and is Sweden's largest, with membership somewhere between 1000–1500 depending on the year. Unfortunately I don't have many good photos at hand. We were going to finally do a proper photoshoot last year in partnership with out clothing manufacturer Trimtex, but then covid happened…
I am at the far right on the Canyon (my previous bike). Please excuse the Camelbaks! This was taken during Vätternrundan, which if you haven't heard of it is a yearly 300 km team time trial of sorts around a big lake. Photo is from the 2018 edition where my group of some 40 riders completed the race in 8:18.
