Well, he has his 3rd place Worlds U23 ITT on Strava too.
He did 434W for 35 minutes. Compared to that, yes, 382w NP for 6 hours really seems high.
That’s the other way around. 434W for 35min is extremely low for An 85kg individual while 4w/kg for 6 hours seems about right for a world-class cyclist.
As another data point Keegan Swenson is a mid-pack MTB pro who weighs 66kg. He recently did 341W NP for 6 hours.

Hey all, although I love a good discussion, let's leave the views or your own opinion about a rider out of it. In the end it will just be a he said, she said. 99.99% of the time we don't know the person or reasoning behind certain actions.
This was going to be the message with wich I would have locked this thread, but it seems that you guys are doing a fine job of steering away from the 'winning on the internet'.
Big thanks for that. Enjoy!

What do you guys think about Colbrellis reaction short after crossing the finish line. Was it too much?
It's nice to see that they are human and that a win like this can mean so much to a rider.

Extremely low rarely gets you a medal, does it?
But true, I know a similarly built conti level rider who can do 430 Watts for almost an hour, but he is not aero at all, unfortunately, and was over 2 minutes behind Kung in the European TT championship.
UNfortunately he never did a 6 hours long hard race till date.
