When it keeps happening, it suggests there is a problem. And it isn't being addressed. If I was a sponsor, I'd like to know why riders are constantly leaving, and what is being done to stop it. Until the current management leave, it's likely to keep happening.Dan Gerous wrote: ↑Mon Oct 25, 2021 6:50 pmDSM is known to be run like a dictatorship, exageratly over-controlling riders down to their private lives. The list of riders breaking their contracts to leave earlier is much bigger than 6 riders, at this point I'm more curious why anyone still sign to go there as it's been like that for years now. Desperation I guess, probably riders who's only other options are retire or sign with a continental team or something.

Of course, we only see the big riders doing the leaving, probably because only they have the heft to do so. Any team they might move to will be willing to pick up the cost of any penalty fee for breaking their contract at DSM.BenSiskri wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 10:31 amWhen it keeps happening, it suggests there is a problem. The lesser riders might also want to take off but might not be able to swing it in the same way. They are largely stuck until they see out their contracts, otherwise the exodus might be that much greater.
Welcome to the Norwegian way.

Trek-Segefredo did this for Lizzie Deignan a few years ago and they are an American team so nothing new.Kjetil wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 10:51 amWelcome to the Norwegian way.

That’s the Trek-Segafredo way, definitely not The American Way.
I doubt he will set a new world record.
Even the british record will be a challenge. But I hope I'm wrong!
What is amazing, that even the current world record is slower than Rominger's time set on a steel bike.
Of course this article doesn't discuss his hematocrit level, but still. His bike was soo much slower than todays bikes. It would be a nice subject of a study, wouldn't it?

And that country activley promotes illegal immigration of it's citizens as it serves the Mexican (Spanish) Oligarchs twofold, they get rid of indigenous peoples who they actively hate and the remittance (to the tune of 40 billion a year) keeps their pockets well lined.

That has nothing to do with why the US has almost zero support for new parents or, for that matter anyone needing medical care.spud wrote:^ easy for you to say - Norway has oil revenues/capita 20x higher than the USA. It also doesn't share a long border with a country notable for its corruption, and low GDP.
