Roel W, that signalling cabin looks amazing. And even though the railroad is out of service, someone is still taking care of the grass in front of the cabin.
It has just a hint of Accidentally Wes Anderson about it.
Thanks.
What a coincidence, I ordered the new book 'Accidentally Wes Anderson' yesterday.
The iconic Furka Pas hotel on the cover made me pull the trigger.

After 3 weeks off-time it isn't that easy to ride in the mountains. More weight and less power Image bad combination... I guess it was the last ride over the Klausenpass this year.
But the autumn colors are just beautiful. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

The RTTC National Hill Climb championship took place yesterday on Streatley hill in Berkshire (UK). Hill climb events are an autumn feature of the UK time trialling scene even though the competitor crossover between flat road time trials and short intense HCs is not that great. Streatley gains 100m of ascent in 750m of length, it's a tough little climb. I went along to get some video.

Amazing pictures from you once again! Did you make the switch to a SL6 disc with Aerofly bars or is that another bike?

Thx Image

Whenever the new model is available, i buy the older one. With the SL5 it was like that. I bought it when the SL6 came. And now the SL7 is available and i bought the SL6. ImageImage

On the 6 i have now mounted an aerofly with Venge-stem... and still it weighs only 6.94 Image

This was the women's event at the National HC Championship on Sunday. This year's event was notable for the size of the women's field, 140 entrants. Despite Covid-19 restrictions sadly meaning that spectators weren't allowed on the hill, it was a great event.

Thanks. Making them gave me a pass to be on the hill. It was great to be there.

I thought that might've been the case. I didn't see Dan or Jess Evans competing. I know Dan is injured, but I thought Jess might've had a go.

(I got a great photo of Dan in the National Champs skinsuit, a few years ago - really gurning! :D )

^ that looks soooo gorgeous! I'd love to go riding in the alps, and I think it would have to be in the spring or autumn when it looks like this. Also not too hot :).

Great guys. Fantastic shots. The colors are just awesome. But however, i don't like the autumn. But actually only because I know that the ugly winter will come afterwards.
