Road bike rental in Amsterdam for a short girl

I have a friend visiting me in Amsterdam, she’s very short (I think she rides an Ultimate in XS or even XXS)

Can you suggest any place where she could find a bike to rent that would not cost a kidney’s worth? No need for a fancy bike but must be the right size..
