A bike fitter would likely have a good selection.

Doesn't Specialized have them? The Body Geometry system?

I also thought that Fizik made some as well.

Oh, and FWIW, you can (rapidly) run out of shoe volume with some of the wedged insoles.
Cleat shims make much more sense, unless your shoes are massive, or you are planning to buy new.

I use shims, they are dirt cheap as well.

I recently bought some arch support inserts on eBay. $7.50 for a pair. I glued them to the back side of my Specialized body geometry insoles. They worked great.

Can even order from places like sigma sports if you don't have a local big S dealer.

I recently bought some of these:

And I echo what mattr says above rapidly running out of shoe volume.

Yeah, BFS (Bike Fit Systems) offers both forefoot and heel wedges). Once you find out the proper degree of correction with in shoe wedges, it can make sense to switch fo cleat wedges for fit reasons.

I've got five Bike Fit Systems in-shoe wedges if you want to take them off my hands for the cost of shipping. Send me a PM.
