Shoe/ insole shims - where can i find them?

I have tried to find (but i don't) insole shims or internal shoes shims.
Anyone that have some tip?
I don't wish info of where i can find cleat shims, just insole or shoe shims (internal wedges/ shims)

Oh, and FWIW, you can (rapidly) run out of shoe volume with some of the wedged insoles.
Cleat shims make much more sense, unless your shoes are massive, or you are planning to buy new.
I use shims, they are dirt cheap as well.

I recently bought some arch support inserts on eBay. $7.50 for a pair. I glued them to the back side of my Specialized body geometry insoles. They worked great.
