Apidura Tool Bag - is it bad?

Read a blog review saying it’s a bit pants. Anyone have experience with it? It’s pricey but would match my frame pack and feel like my bike needs a posh treat. Really want something that can take two tubes etc. 0.5l sounds about right for what I’m looking for.
