Spent 10 days in the Canary Islands. If you like to climb all year round in a place where the weather seems like thermostat that was set on “awesome”, then this is the place for sure!!! Climb up to Mt Teide. Brutal, especially for a fat guy from sea level FL!!!ImageImageImageImageImageImage

There's a sports centre with a 460m cycle track very close to home, they have road bike training sessions on winter evenings. Here's a short video I made of Tuesday's session.

It is but on a cold evening it can take some willpower to go out. I always feel better about myself if I do though.
