- Do you run the Master's in the wet at all, and how do you find the wet grip?
- What wheelbuild have you got going on there? (clinchers?)

The wheels are CK R45 hubs (32 spoke) laced to HED C2 tubulars, Veloflex Vlaanderen 27s, I absolutely love this wheel and tyre combination, amazing grip ( even in the wet) and ride, and so far (2000 kms) no cuts and only minor wear on the rear tyre. I have carbon wheels for racing but these rock for everything elserobertbb wrote:A Baum, in Tassie...... with a thinking man's groupset....... love it!kgibbo1868 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 21, 2019 12:15 amThis made me smile towards the end of my ride this morning.....

I might reach out to Veloflex and ask if different tyres have different compounds. I've found my Corsa clinchers to be absolutely brilliant in the dry but quite sketchy in the wet.
I've got a pair of Bora 35 Ultra tubulars that have seen about 500km.. have put them up for sale because tubulars aren't my thing, but nobody seems to be buying. If I can't sell them I might try riding them again with a set of Vlaanderen's.
