Field jackets would be more appropriate if going for framed lenses

He tried those when they first came out and went back to the Racing Jackets.
yes, he wore those for Roubaix

anyone have a photo of DML riding Cervelo TT bike?
Was thinking the exact same thing. He made that Trinity look so cool. Curious to se, if the same thing will happen with the Cervelo P5.

LOL.

If they're all on the R5 in one pic...then all on the S5 in another...surely they're just trying out both bikes as a team. They have just changed bike sponsor afterall! No doubt this is so they can decide which bike they prefer and for what terrain.

"How did they make this so fast!?" or "Yup, it's the front brake's inner pad giving me that scuffing noise."

That's Cervelo's instagram. Just wait for photos from actual racing...

Pretty sure the S5 is the only bike you'll see in racing for the next three months. You really are a grumpy fellow aren't you  .

I’m actually surprised they aren’t going all-in on disc with those rim brake R5s.

I can't imagine Dumoulin chasing Yates & Bernal with the R5D or S5D

Unless they get rid of the 6.8kg lower limit, any differences in handling/acceleration between rim and disc climbing bikes will basically be noise / negligible. The only worry would be punctures, at which point there are several options including the ever popular bike swap (teammate or team car.) Wheel changes also aren’t that tough especially with Cervelo using RAT.

Rim brake R5's were probably quick to get for camp and dial in positions. Then they could transfer the measurements to the S5's, which are likely more cumbersome to make stem and bar adjustments on.
