The Rohan Dennis story straight from the source. Wow, he's super OCD - counting steps, pedals strokes, windows, etc. I have a lot more sympathy for the guy. He also doesn't say a single word about Bahrain Merida's poor management. I'm guessing that he is still under gag order and is thus not throwing them under the bus like Nibali did.

Maybe Ineos is the perfect team for him? They can afford to keep a guy like him to concentrage on three races (Giro, Olympics, and Worlds).

Did Nibali trow shit at Bahrain?
I read an interview recently where he was saying first year everything was perfect then 2nd year was less so.
Not exactly shit...?

Yes, right after Dennis quit the Tour, he basically said that the team had no leadership, everything decided by committee. He wasn't supposed to ride the Tour after the Giro but they made him so he did it and was tired and performed poorly. He only made these comments in the Italian press and they didn't get spread widely. His contract was ending anyway so he knew he was on the way out.

I can't remember if Nabali complained but the team was doing training camps on a island in Croatia with only 80km or road and no climbs - not a great place to get fit. Just another example of the poor management at the team.

I think Nibali was okay riding the Tour but after the Giro, his plan was to lose lots of time early to just focus on stages but the team forced him to go for GC, said that he was too tired to be good on GC as expected, and because he tried, was too tired to be able to win stages later on. He also said the previous management was gone but Rod Ellington wasn't in yet, so the team was very poorly managed in that period...

Dlamini had his arm broken whilst out on a training ride. Not sure on the back story but obviously not appropriate force being applied there
