doesn't even have dropped seat stays!
Dropped stays don't help with airflow over the rear wheel. This bike is all about reducing the drag from the moving wheels.
I noticed yesterday in one of the pictures from the back side, with a close up of the “lug” near seatstay, where the clear coat broke like if there was any flex in that part which caused the clear coat to break.

From 2020, COFIDIS riders will ride the De Rosa bikes. Team will remain faithful to Campagnolo and will be equipped with San Marco saddles. The helmets would be provided by Ekoï and tires by Michelin.

Also for 2020, Canyon to sponsor a 3rd team (following the Katusha licence to Israel Academy maybe as De Rosa moves to Cofidis?) and Movistar ends it's very long partnership with Campagnolo...

Indeed... and by day-1 it’s back to the roots of the team Reynolds / Banesto / i-Banesto / Islas baléares / caisse d’épargne / Movistar. They are just celebrating their 40th anniversary!

How does it work for component sponsors with PRO teams?

Is it purely supply of the components or are there some monetary support as well?

Interesting, this Velonews story on MVDP implies Mathieu is part owner of the Corendon-Circus team...
Velonews wrote:Right now, van der Poel can do what he likes largely because he’s written his own ticket. He’s no longer a slave to a team boss or sponsors plying the pressure. With a stake in team ownership at Corendon-Circus, and backed by a fleet of sponsors interested in his multi-pronged approach, van der Poel is in the unique position of being his own boss.
