Sadly, I've seen too many of those roided out, chemically enhanced 50 year olds racing Masters.

Alaphilippe's gearing in the sprint today. Whoa!

He was tactically brilliant over that last kilometer. He 2nd wheeled the whole time, never burned a big match too early, and timed the sprint perfectly.
I was listening to last episode of The Cycling Podcast and they were saying that when Alaphilippe was an amateur he was known as a sprinter.

this is such a cool shot from today... Alaphillipe is looking so good at this point. I hope he hasn't peaked too early, only to fall off a little in the next few weeks as he gets into the races he really wants to win. I gotta figure he's favorite for Liege and Fleche-Wallone and maybe Amstel, depending on where the finish line is, in relation to the final climb. Could we also see him attack on the final climb of Milan San Remo, descend like a madman and try to stay away like he did that time with Sagan and Kwiato?
Ag2r bikes are as I said Ridleys:
Excellent photographic evidence there.

Man those bikes look nasty, I feel sorry for Bardet and co having to roll around on those hunks of shit
INRNG had a small translation of a story in L'Equipe about it. Also about Campa/ Shimano and more sponsor issues:

This is fake news.... almost none of the TT bikes are running disc brakes. The new Cervelo's ridden by Sunweb being the only one I could find... Sky, DQS, Bora, EF Education First, CCC, FDJ... all still rim brake. Don't get me wrong, the pro peloton is deifnitely moving over to discs, more and more are using them for road bikes, but not on TT bikes. I know that Cannondale has one and every so often, you see a rider or two use it, but not always.
