Lucinda Brand won the 2019 Dutch cyclo-cross title again.
I think she was riding her old Giant/Liv?
All team sunweb riders were riding their old Giant/Liv bikes with a team sunweb sticker over the logo.

Rapha has done so many good things for kit aesthetics. This is not one of them. I get wanting to do something different. Zig while others are zagging or whatever. But, IMO... this is just...bad.

Go race gravel. Do some weird stuff. Love it. Broaden the audience. But in lazily designed tie-dyed jerseys and bucket hats. No thank you. And they had to release a blackout kit in the interim while this is what was cooking? No thank you. Not for me. I'm 31 and love retro design, even some great 80s. But this?

There’s a French rugby club called Racing Metro, in the 80s they became reknowned for their antics on the pitch dreamed up by fly-half Franck Mesnel - wearing funny hats, growing moustaches, playing in bow ties and wearing pink (and sometimes doing blackface, unfortunately). This “revolutionary” direction keeps making me think of those rugby days

Cannondale - spend all that R&D on the integration of the SystemSix and then use a standard, non-aero, FSA bar and stem. SMFH.

Still sad we won’t be seeing Factor in the world tour peloton this year.

Why?
Ag2r aren’t riding them anymore. I enjoyed watching them the past 2 years.
The women's team Bigla will be on Factor bikes this season I believe.
Team Parkhotel Valkenburg are on Factor bikes this season.

Could they be stymied by the riders' wish for cockpit adjustability that is not so easily compatible with integrated aero bars and stems? Some companies have done it well, managing to incorporate some limited adjustment scope into their integrated aero offerings, but not many of them.

I hope that’s the answer and not some sponsor rank-pulling

almost certainly the case.
It's happened before. Riders want a combo that isn't made, so they use something else. No one is going to tool up to make 3 or 4 integrated cockpits to match one pros requirement.

You might even find that some riders aren't even actually using FSA bars, but their own favourite with some stickers (Though that happens much less these days)
