No. Disc frames, forks, rims, and hub bodies are of a different design in all cases. TA's cost a lot more than QRs on the frame and skewer side. You also get a lot more QA issues with TAs as they need to thread the fork/frame or put a insert in. If they want more clamping power, they'll just use a DT Swiss RWS bolt or similar.
I've got DT Swiss 12mm TAs on my disc road bike. They're f-ing fantastic with the exception of fork mounted roof racks. For daily use, they are far easier to get the wheel on/off than QRs as they don't have "lawyer lips". My QR trek needed the QR released then spun 3-4x to get the wheels off for example. With a TA with the lever attached, it a lot less effort.
