I can only find Mettle's Speed strap as a specific option that locks and holds the camera around your back and releases for fast on the bike shooting. It's too pricey to get one into the UK though.

Blackrapid Sport is an easier to get option, but it looks to hold the camera at your hip. Not sure how that works in a road cycling position. Anyone used one for cycling?

Anything else on the market that I missed? I'm using a mirrorless which isn't heavy (compared to a traditional DSLR for those who aren't into photography).

Check out the PS Bagworks camera straps. I've got one and it works great, there is a removable stabilizer strap that goes under your arm to keep it from swinging with a magnetic buckle for one-handed access. They have an option for peak design quick releases.
