Lance Armstrong is trying to sell his Austin house for $7.5 million. https://www.realtor.com/news/celebrity- ... n-mansion/

You're already familiar with the room with the sofa

$7.5 million sounds like a lot, but when you consider all the EPO you can likely find hidden away inside it, maybe not such a bad deal (does EPO have an expiration date?).

Pretty sure that's Ben Foster in The Program.

This is the sofa you're looking for…

Mom: He was very sickly until he started riding around on that bicycle.
Dad: Yeah... well... now his body’s fine, but his mind is gone.

Movie image aside, I don't think the house that is on the market now is the one in which he lived in during his years at Postal as I was under the impression that Kristin got the kids and the house as part of the divorce.

$7.5 million for a celebrity home seems about right, doesn't it? The allure isn't just in the property itself but the story it tells. I once toured a high-profile property and it was fascinating to see how much value was placed on the history and the previous owner’s fame rather than just the architectural features.

Dealing with such high-value properties can be tricky. From negotiating deals to handling the extensive paperwork, it's quite the ordeal. That’s why when I helped my aunt sell her upscale condo last year, we went with The Property Buying Company. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which was a relief since we were dealing with a tight timeline.
