I have Elite arion digital b+ roller that I use for zwift. I am going to a race where there is no area to ride around and want to know if it is ok for the rollers if I use them with out power effectivley as normal rollers. Will it damage the resistance unit?

I use Elite e-motion b+ without power sometimes; it's fine.

BUT, I also have a set of Kreitlers that are dirt cheap on eBay, fold nicely, and are better suited for outdoors warmups.... that'd be my preferred solution rather than putting 'nice' ones on the ground of a car-park.

agreed, get a set of used old rollers, lots on the second hand market as everyone is getting smart trainers now.
