Lovely paint work.

That cable at the back of the stem into the top tube though. No.

So many kits going with fades this year.
I think it's pretty dumb.

looks like Sunweb and CCC will clash a bit in the peloton, CCC's gone a bit softer on the orange while Sunweb's maxed the saturation with red - and that gradient going to black bibs looks almost identicall too

I guess Shimano is upping their sponsorship of the team. Of course, now that Sunweb is not with Giant any longer, they are free of the all encompassing bike, wheels, helmet, shoes deal that they had with them.

I hate the paint. The gradient from red to white is awful and forced, and the grey cervelo? Not only is the grey out of place but if the entire down tube is just red, then a white cervelo makes so much more sense. Yes that CCC design is "boring", but at least it's not all over the place and, well actually quite terrible.

And it's not just the cable that I have an issue with re the stem. That fat PRO stem sandwiching the narrow steerer and larger headtube looks pretty silly. Combine that with a massive setback seatpost but then the saddle pushed foward all the way, and basically tilting up (if that rear wheel is not sitting on that stand I think it would be tilting up)?!?! The bottle cages...why are black, white, and red? The rear brake cable that is too long? This bike is a mess and doesn't seem to be a pro-quality setup.

I’m not a fan either. I like dark metallic fades on bikes, but it looks goofy on fabric, especially with such an abrupt fade.

I assume the starting point of the design process has shifted from the traditional bib + jersey layout to RR skinsuit. Therefore the waist area is a new playground for these gradients etc.

Team Sunweb looking cool & collected in their kit. Interesting to see more pics of them on the bikes, as the bikes look like there were too many ideas being forced into one design.

Isn't the cervelo logo in silver? I don't think it's plain grey...
total agreement on the silly cable and fat stem and on the ridiculous seatpost setback... it screams bad design on an otherwise beautiful bike...

What happens when you crash and the bars twist all the way round, does the Di2 cable just snap?

Nothing, there is no tension in the wire. It's not a gear cable.
