GPX/FIT identify stops

Hi there,

Is anyone aware of a website/program where I can load any activity and see where I stopped and for how long? I wish I could have used an auto-lap when stopped/started but Garmin doesn’t offer this.

It just drives me nuts when I go for 7-8hrs ride and I see I only moved for 6 for example, and I’m aware of only 3-4stops to fill the water bottles...
