As the owner of both a Kask Protone and Mojito, I'm looking forward to the release of the Valegro, but in the mean time, the Suomy Timeless helmet caught my eye:

Good looking in my opinion, and I could buy three of them for the price of one Protone. Anybody try one?

Have not tried it but it has gotten some great reviews.
Also the weight is very nice & light

Sure can't beat the price either

How accurate are Suomy's claimed weights vs the received products?

I have one...love it. Was kind of sick of my wife calling my POC a 'prescription' helmet. Super light, simple and good looking...and a good price, too. Highly recommend it.

My L-XL comes in at 226g, on the website it says 210g.

It looks good and is certainly well made however it doesn't fit my head that well, so may well be going back.......

Hi

What shape would you say your head is?
Or what other helmets besides POC fit you well?

Thanks just curious as I may grab one too
For me I am more oval shaped I guess & helmets like LG fit well Giro do not

My go to helmets are usually Giro, so it may well be a good fit for you. I'm disappointed about the fit as it certainly looks and feels a quality helmet.

Wanted to follow up on my original thread. I ordered the matte black Timeless and received it yesterday. Fit and finish is impressive, even more so when you consider the price ($75.99 from Jenson USA). It fits well, but I still want to try the Kask Valegro and MET Trenta. But at this price, it's hard to justify anything else.

Claimed weight is 220 grams, my Small/Medium weighed 216.1 grams.

Different strokes for different folks. As the owner of two Kask and a possible third Kask it should be legit to cheat I think. So why not purchasing the Suomy Timeless and buy your fourth at Kask again when Valegro shows up. No?
