In terms of jerseys, me too I'm a fan of more subtle designs. I stick with Rapha mostly, but I have tried other options as well.

I didn't like Tørm, clearly too loose of a fit for me, even compared with the Rapha Classic range. No complaints about the quality of the jersey though.

I do like MAAP jerseys (maap.cc, Australian brand) a lot, quality materials, clean designs (some subtle, some in your face), really great race fit. They size the same as Rapha Pro Team for me, but are an even better fit. In Europe you can get some of their jerseys and bib shorts thru Sigmasport.

Wrt Rapha: although the classic bibs are not tight fitting enough for me around the belly area, I do like the newer club and classic jerseys (merino). They are not a race fit but are still relatively close to the body, there's limited flapping and they're really comfortable to wear. I do prefer the Pro Team line of jerseys and bibs though. And for racing I use the Aero jersey, not the Race jersey (which is still flapping just a little bit around the neck/shoulder area).

Pedla fits amazingly. They’re not exactly understated, which means the pair of jerseys I have is on low rotation, but the fit for me is out of this world. Pockets are A++ too.

And I mean, A LOT (further enhanced by how stretchy the material is). An XL would fit me better, or possibly even a large. This resulted in lots of bulging and bagginess on the front of the jersey.

Isadore sizing charts are completely out of whack. I had a brief exchange with them about it with their CS, so hopefully they’ll be updated to a better measuring system.

Their guide puts my chest at an L, but I’m a full 10 cm shorter than their model—shown wearing size M quite comfortably!

I asked and was told to go with M, or S for a race fit (only on the blend jerseys).

Other than that, I’ve been very pleased with everything from them so far.

Not sure if you're looking for something mainstream like castelli, in which case the sanremo suit is a pretty nice option, but if you're looking for something with more style, Kern have something nice and stylish but not as loud and something from maap or attaquer for example. They're out of season 1 suits (which I have) but they'll be showing off the new season 2 design pretty soon, in the middle here https://www.instagram.com/p/BJUa3ukhOfn ... lingleague nice option if you want something in the middle

Picked up a Chapeau Etape jersey on the sale just to test the brand.
Sale pricing was just ridiculous.
Sizing is odd though. Cut very long, and I have a long torso to begin with.
Based on the model picture and chart I was clearly an XL, but once it arrived it was obvious that an L was more appropriate.
The Etape model jerseys are more of a relaxed slim fit (if one could say that), but not race fit. So if you don't want any flapping, size down is my advice. The back pockets are also set really low compared to other brands.
I have the feeling that when fully loaded everything will sit too far down basically on my a$$.
But I can't complain, the pricing was right, it looks excellent and the fabrics are acceptable.
I'll try to report back after I get the exchange and ride it a few times.

Micky, what is that red jersey? Looks good.

I just grabbed a DeMarchi Corsa Evo jersey to test. Price was right. Sizing comments seem to indicate they are cut large but not quite club fit yet, so I went a size down. De Marchi has a whole bunch of very understated jerseys. I'll report back on the quality.

...one could always go and design their own stuff and use Endura. Very good quality on their WT line.

Here is what I got done with some friends:

If you're referring to the Catella jersey, I respectfully disagree
