That dude is a legend. Incredible!
Mind you, I wouldn't rate his chances with Campagnolo wheels and Conti 4000s....... I bend and break tyre levers and I have the luxury of having two hands.
Massive amounts of respect to this guy.

If you can't change a flat with 2 hands in less than 10 minutes don't even ride a bike
A patch job should be no more than 15 minutes. :smartass:

That's a crankbrothers speed lever, I believe. I've got one in a box somewhere. Sometimes a bit awkward to use, but certainly had its applications, and pretty clearly here another one I hadn't thought of.

I know Hector and have ridden with him when he rode from ft lauded dale to NYC to do an ironman there. Guy is inspirational to say the least, and surely kill any ability for me to whine/bitch/complain about anything for months!!!

The guy is really amazing! Both being so clever with no hands, but also for putting it on youtube.

That's pretty awesome. Makes you realise how much we take for granted..something we find so annoying and a nuisance (changing a flat) probably took him so long to do the first few times, but he didn't crack the shits and give up, but kept going til he perfected it. Legend.
