To me it seems like everything you are doing on the bike is more labored, it is not smooth, you are bumping up and down at the rear of the bike. Just in looking I think you may be too far back over the back tire, and your legs are reaching to pull the pedal around thru the pedal stroke. Try going forward a bit and lower the front end.

The problem with rollers, especially if one is fairly new to them, is that there's a certain amount of effort needed just to stay upright. So, I'm not sure how much of what we see is related to that.

Saddle looks about right height, but agree that you could try to move it forward. And make sure it's level.
There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?
