QS might not have the resources/budget now, but Belgian companies would be very interested in being the title sponsor of a Belgian tour winner. Remco to Ineos is very unlikely imo. Less than Roglic.
There's a big difference between a revolving door of title sponsors and actually building a squad with depth and strength (not to forget every team and their mothers are on the "marginal gains" hype from the Sky days) to take on GTs. Ratcliffe apparently wants TdF glory sooner rather than later. I can't see Bernal ever returning to GT winning form so big money signings are coming soon.

I would really like to see this move as Quickstep just don't have the resources, will or experience to be a TdF winning team.
You obviously didn't read the interviews with the CEO's of Soudal and Quickstep.

Changing the subject from this tiresome circular argument...

Ineos are allegedly interested in Remco.

It was a throw away remark by Radcliffe.

Remco will never leave QS so long as lefevere is there.

Hopefully if any of your kids catch you beating their kids they'll beat you. Beatings for everyone! That's a constructive solution.
It works in Hawaii. Be an asshole, get cracks. Teenagers aren't exempt and knowing that keeps them in line. A culture that says you won't face repercussions and you can get away with anything when you're under 18 results in bad behavior.

Everyone in Hawaii beats their kids? Citation needed.

By the way, anyone who can't figure out how to introduce any repercussions to their kids without beating them is severely lacking in both imagination and parenting skills.

Come to HI, get out of line, and find out. Between punches be sure to mumble something kooky like "citation needed".

I must be woke because I think authority figures should be disciplining kids and not random men in boxer shorts shoving them against walls.

Right, nothing proves the strength of an argument like physical violence. That's some solid logic right there.

No one owns an Xbox in HI? The mere hint at taking away my kids screen time and they fall in line.

Nothing short of letting a stranger barge into my private living space and knocking my kids around will get them in line. As a parent present to that situation, I would totally allow that to happen. This totally isn’t a fallacious argument rooted in perverse regressive politics.

They were guests in the belgian tv show vive le velo and shared their vision for the team. Coorevits (Soudal CEO) said they'll significantly increase the budget over the next years to build a strong GT squad. When asked if they target the TdF, Desmeet (Quickstep CEO) said that he doesn't know if its realisitic but they're willing to try and the 5-year contract will give Lefevere the chance to form his team into that direction.

Remco winning the Vuelta since then probably fired up that dream even more.
