Long sleeve jerseys

I am in SoCal and looking for a race fit long sleeve jersey temperature range low 50's to low 60's
Would prefer not to have to wear a base layer or vest so some amout of wind blocking would be good.

Endura's FS260-Pro Jetstream jersey has wind-resistant front panels. I've been impressed by Endura's Pro SL jacket, but I haven't tried the Jetstream jersey.

Alternatively, Rapha's Pro Team Windstopper jersey has wind-resistant front panels. I tried one in-store but the premium price was exorbitant. Also, nowadays, is Endura's Pro range better quality than Rapha's current crop?

Incidentally, I can see where Rapha's marketing money goes—the website makes its clothing look terrific. In contrast, Endura's website looks crap!
