Gloves for minus degrees weather
One thing I found about keeping the fingers warm is to overdress for the torso. The torso has all of your vital organs. If your core temp drops your body stops circulating blood to the fingers to protect the vital part of the body. It’s part of our survival mechanisms.

Casually spending my lunch time at the local shop and they had SealSkinz heated gloves discounted from 190 euros to 50! euros! Grabbed them instantly and had a first ride yesterday in +2c, even on low mode hands were pleasantly warm, and build quality looks to be top notch! Not sure i would pay 200 euros for gloves

Well your fingers don't get hot-hot, but just warm enough even on -5c 4-5h road rides.poulhansen wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2024 7:18 pmHmm All that mumbo jumbo data and not one word about heating effect, battery capacity, typical runtime, nothingBrabus wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2024 11:38 amCasually spending my lunch time at the local shop and they had SealSkinz heated gloves discounted from 190 euros to 50! euros! But... after 2months of use one battery is lasting only about an hour, so i'm gonna give them back to the dealer, and because they don't sell sealskinz anymore, i only get my money back - so again back to square one and on the look for gloves
Probably gonna go for some half-lobster gloves instead, something like these: https://www.bike-discount.de/en/gorewea ... r-gloves-1
What is the warranty period or do you just have a very good relationship with the dealer? If I tried to take a well used pair of gloves back after ~60-days of use, the staff would just there eyes.
