Gloves for minus degrees weather
I have 2 pairs from Assos. "Winter gloves" and I think "Ultra winter gloves". At 0° the Ultra gloves are still to warm for me.
Obviously cold hands is pretty individual.

IMO the Assos apparel are not warm enough for the nordic winter weather, as they have been designed for the central european winter conditions. Roeckl makes some warm gloves that I have used when the temperatures are below zero:

Even with these gloves your hands will eventually get cold, if the temperatures are -15 C.

Don't know this brand, but if you're from Finland, you have automatic winter cred. But allow a Canadian to contribute. Working from the assumption that extreme winter riding is zone 2 or lower, Keeping hands warm will be tough. If looking for a single item to deal with the cold, it would likely be best to choose from any number of ski gloves designed for those temperatures. Alternately, I would recommend a combination of under-gloves with a windproof lobster shell on top. A good combo would be a close fitting thin polypropylene knit glove under a heavy fleece or wool glove with the shell on top. Then slide a chemical handwarmer inside the shell glove. Dexterity will not be great but comparable to heavy ski gloves and you have the option of removing layers if things heat up. I don't clean them. Outside they never get dirty, because I use them only on cold weathers (dry ice and snow don't make mess). Inside the gloves, my hands won't sweat on those temperatures...

Castelli estremo are my go to when its really cold
https://www.castelli-cycling.com/NL/en/ ... 9_010_02_L
When im doing easy mountainbike rides, I sometimes combine them with assos spring fall liners for a double layer.
Ive tried multiple options, get cold feet and hands easily but this just works

I live in Belgium. Winters are not super cold, but wet and I have cold hand very quickly.
I have 4 pairs of gloves to suit the situation.
I can't use gloves with separate fingers if it gets cold. I tried so many brand.
Crab/lobster style mittens are the best for me.
When is gets really cold. Ski mittens from decathlon, but I risk sweating/overheating in those.

I also live en northern europe and are riding all year outside. Rapha have some deep winter gloves, that go down to around a couple of degrees minus celsius. If it gets colder than that, I just turn to my mittens. Obviously the dexterity drastically reduces. But good quality mittens with thin inner gloves makes it easy to remove the outer while riding, and performing tasks with just the inner glove like reaching into your pockets etc. It also has that advantage, that it's possible to adjust for temperatures by using different inner gloves. Some warmer than others. Because it actually is a big difference, if it's -5 or -15 degrees celsius.
45NRTH Sturmfist 4 works well below -10c for me. https://www.45nrth.com/products/gloves-pg256.htm
I usually wear something like this, picked up from big bins at your nearest sports goods store. When it gets below -10 something I usually add some think liners in the gloves, although I don't ride more then like 3 hours if it's that cold.

Only when it gets ridiculously cold (and then I rarely ride outdoors) I have a pair of lobster gloves which I pair with thin merino gloves underneath.

I use Ekoi electrically heated gloves. They are a plus when it's cold. Only niggle is that I'd like more heating threads at the point of the fingers.
