If they take a mold or 3D model of your foot, ankle and calf with a laser scanner, then create a bespoke CAD model based on that and feed it to a robot, it's justified. But I'm guessing not

Tried ordering, got 10 friends so we meet the required 10 pieces. And all of a sudden the customer support won't answer anymore. They clearly don't want to sell it at this point in time.
The new suit is interesting as it's also got the horizontal ribs on the back
