Yes, that's the pad I have on my Clima bibs. I did not realize that they changed the cover of the pad this year. They could improve their website by providing clear pictures of the pad for every model.
Interesting comment on the Dottore Pro pad. I actually find that pad better higher up in the taint area. I mostly ride in an aggressive position, mostly in the drops, so I prefer a pad with more targeted comfort in gooch. The Dottore Pro works better for me in that regard, for some reason. YMMV
I was suprised too, because I thought the latest version of the Clima had your pad style.
The difference on the Pro pad length in the front is based solely on my visual impression (and comparing it with the Clima side by side in the store). But I couldn't try it on as they smallest size they had was XL
I'll try it as soon as I find it on sale for a good price somewhere. In the meantime, I've just ordered a last-in-stock Dottore X (I really like that one)

Pad on the pro is smaller and firmer compared with EI pad. The outer fabric is like a "suede" feeling material and not glued so , it works a bit under you.

By "smaller" do you also mean shorter in the front? I mean, not reaching so far forward?

No. At the front has a good reach and very good perineal support. Very good to stay long time on the drops position.
Smaller than EI regarding width and thickness (ischium) but more firmer. Did a 60km ride and I liked it a lot. Tomorrow will test it in a bigger +150km ride. Generally the gregarius is my "workhorse" bibs

Does anyone have the info. about bicep size of the XS/S UV arm protector?
I need a pair smaller than castelli UPF50+ in S and without the silcone band.

OK. I got reply from Q36.5. The bicep circumference of XS/S is 23.5 cm. It will definetly move on my arm...

I already love the Gregarious chamois, but your description makes a compelling argument for the pro pad. Even firmer is even better!

It's my pick everytime now (not if they are drying out from the day before). The concistency of the pad, the panels, the quality on the details... everything works so
well!

I need to replace one of my torn/damaged Assos S7 Campionissimo bibs. I am not 100% convinced with the current Assos offerings hence looking at alternatives and Q36.5 is obviously on the radar.
What is the overall long-term use of these bib shorts. Do they hold their shape/quality well after several washes? I am opened to give the Dottore Pro a try and I hear/read the chamois is very good.

I've got several pairs of Dottore and Gregarius bibs. Not sure which variant, though the oldest ones are at least 3 years old. Frankly, I am impressed. Very few signs of wear. The stretchy parts are still stretchy. The pad is as good as the day I bought them. To reiterate what others have said, comfort improves after one or two washes.

I prefer the Q36.5 chamois over Velocio's. However, that may be down to personal fit.
I use several Q36.5 garments, all flawless, whereas I've had Velocio stitching come loose. Though Velocio's customer service and warranty were exemplary.
