Has anyone solved this problem?
I dont like riding with a bag on my back, and I need the bag when I go to work. So it somehow has to sit on the bike. Travel saddle bag/backloader/saddlebag is not an option, because I need to carry a laptop. And it wont fit. I've already got the Ortlieb saddle bag 16 liters. And it wont work out.
Ideally I need a front rack. But I would also like to ride with TT extensions. Has anyone solved this problem?
Commuting with a medium sized duffle bag on bike (not on back)

What about these Decathlon bikepacks that double as panniers?
Admittedly they are not the most spacious bags, but way cheaper than the tailfin system; and they have a laptop compartment.

Thanks, I will check both suggestions out.
Disadvantage of traditional bike panniers is the additional drag. You could consider the Ortlieb trunk-bag or similar bag on a Tubus disco or fly rear rack as a cheaper option than the Tailfin. However, what I really love about the Tailfin is that you can put it on and take it off in a few seconds. The Tubus rack will take more time to remove and install and needs eyelets on the seat stays or special hardware to mount.
Solution I ended up with to commute to work on my road bike is a frame bag from Gramm: https://www.gramm-tourpacking.com/fullframebag
Only disadvantage is that I cannot use the standard bottle cage mounts.
