52.8% tread cover on the 28s. Wild.

Very interesting, looks like my new tyre when I wear out my STR's.

Can't beat the feeling of a good cotton cased tyre and I'll take that and the additional puncture protection over a couple of watts.

Basically, Corsa Pros with better puncture protection and without the stupid exposed sidewalls. Possibly somewhat better from an aero standpoint, too.

My thoughts as well. Except for the weight, seems like this could be used as a tubed tire with no huge penalty.

306 & 309g was what the two 28mm's I received today were.

I will return those. Not putting those bricks on my wheels and adding over 150g to the wheels compared to power cups clinchers.

What I was thinking. Pretty hefty.

I didn’t care about tire weight even when I was 7% BF. I sure as hell don’t care right now at 11-12%.

Crr, aero, grip, tread coverage, some puncture resistance, some tread endurance, etc. Weight is just about my last concern when choosing a tire.

Ooh I don't know man. That rotational weight at the outer perimeter can be a bummer imo.

Those weights are better than the 314 grams that BRR ended up with. It's just such a weasel move to claim 285 though. I might still get a set in 32mm. My priority is traction and these tires might be the best option for 25m internal rims. Everything else racy has tread width in the 30mm range which brings some risk I'd rather avoid.

They are so scared of how heavy the 30s and 32s are that they don't even list their fake weight on the websites, not to mention the real weight.
