Yes. Rides amazing with a latex tube.
Corsa race in 25mm was tested tho

Not amazing results but I think they ride better than the numbers suggest. They are very supple and usually supple tires are fast on real roads as they soak up a lot of harshness.

The BRR voting pattern for road tires makes me think people prefer to see common tires tested 10 times in different sizes than to find hidden gems. The Bonti RSL might fall off this month for a 26mm Aero 111 which is sized like a 24mm tire. Something I didnt think anyone would choose in 2024.
I reckon we could do the RSL soon-ish, will definitely add it to the list
probably in 26 & 28 before anything else

Wow, end of an era then. Almost everyone once started with Veloflex tubulars.
Small sentimental part of me would want BRR to test some of the latest tubulars (Michelin Power Cup, Corsa Pro) just to see how they stack up to their clincher/TLR counterparts, but realistically I understand that these will never ever come to the top of the voting list anymore

Its a shame. 45€ is a great deal for a handmade italian tire that is of much higher quality than other mass produced tires. Probably the best cotton tire.
But I guess it's impossible for them to compete with contis, pirellis and such.

I put them in airtight bag and store them in dark place so I guess they can last few years like that.

I rode a 10-12 years old Vittoria Pave 27 mm tubular (yes the good old green ones) this year, it finally "died" peacefully after a good 4000 km+ of good work. I store them in my basement, dark, humid and cool.
When Vittoria had good, durable tubs (Pave, Corsa CX, etc..)

Panaracer Agilest Fast is just one vote away from a tie with the currently winning touring tyre (who the hell cares about touring tyres RR). We can do it! If you still have a vote, don't waste it on something else.

FWIW, I did a credit card tour on Agilest Fast 25c + latex tube on my front wheel (Veloflex Corsa EVO on rear). Supple and rolls well no draggy feeling, and cut easily like the old Agilest. Lots of scars after a 7-day tour over 1050km. No puncture though.

Agilest Fast back in the mix!
Vredstein Superpasso isn't on the list at all and could be interesting
ERE Genus CCX will drop off this month but would be a good one to revive for a second chance if there is nothing new from the main brands.
Power Cup in black would be interesting if the tan-penalty of some brands (2W for Conti) applies, since the tan version is already on GP5k levels. Could black be even faster?
Same question for PZero RS and Prima in retro or classic. Would love to know if there is a RR penalty.
