Yup, they said January. Anything before March is good.

Looking forward to trying them. Eliminating back-flow should significantly reduce valve clogging and extend the time for sealant to dry.

Will you need an adapter to use a CO2?

That's a good question. Clik valves will not work with thread-on Presta heads. They do work with compression-type heads like the Hiro/Hirame/Hansel. They haven't made any claims about push-on heads like some CO2 inflators use.

I'll test it out once they actually become available.

They're compatible with push-on presta pumps so they will work with push-on CO2 chucks.

I'll get an adapter for my winter commuter. If it works well, then I'll switch all my bikes over in the spring.

Received my Clik valves today. Build quality looks good, they installed perfectly fine. The pump adapter snaps on and off just as expected, so let's see how they hold up in terms of durability and if they will clog with sealant over time. They sit a little taller than standard Presta valves cores, but it will be convenient not having to open and close the valve core every day when I pump the tires.

Update: I did some testing.

Bontrager Flash charger: Compatible, with standard chuck and Clik Valve chuck, inflates to same PSI.

Silca Hiro Side-Lever side locking Presta chuck: Fail. Inflated to 60 psi, then checked pressure with the Clik Valve chuck, was only 40 PSI.

Silca Aluminum Presta Chuck: Fail. Same issue as Hiro, seemingly inflates fine but actual pressure way off from real pressure.

Silca EOLO IV Co2 Inflator: Fail. Doesn't even fit over the Clik Valve.

Unknown brand Co2 inflator, says Air Rush on it, it's very old. Works fine.

Cycplus AS2 Pro: Unknown, will not turn on (I'll have to see if I still have warranty on it, this is rather disappointing as it isn't that old).

Did you test the airflow vs., regular valve w/o core, fillmore, etc. ?

"Fail" sounds like a pass to me. At home I'd use the Clik head (otherwise why bother with the valves) and on the road my pumps/CO2 don't have gauges anyway.

Curious about how the valve/head interface holes up. The leak-free design should greatly reduce valve clogging and reduce sealant drying times.

Pretty cool that there's a 100mm option for 80mm rims, too. Not on the Schwalbe site, but thide one, which makes me think Schwalbe bought this tech: https://clikvalve.com/

If I buy the whole valve, does it use the same valve core as the presta "adapter?" Or are the core and stem somehow different on the complete valve?

Got my Clik valve cores and pump head adapter from clikvalve.com. Same issue as jaisen. All the various side clamp chucks read higher for some reason and there's a humming noise with each stroke. It's not simply a problem of the air pressure needing to equalize either, that doesn't happen. When I pop the pump head off, there's a bigger rush of air than when using normal presta valve cores or Fillmore valves, but I don't know if the air is coming from the pump head or out the valve.

Not good enough backward compatibility if you ask me.

Isn't the whole idea that you replace the pump head?

I mean sure, but that means you’re gonna have to bring an adapter with you when carpooling to races, on dirt rides where you need to change your tire pressure at some point, and probably to use e-inflators or most minipumps.
