I have used both the 353NSW and the newest 4.5 extensively.
I would pick the 4.5 over the 353NSW any day.
For one, the 4.5 are faster, for 2- it is the hubs! The Zipp hubs are terrible. They are subjest to water ingress so even cleaning the bike ruins the bearings. The rear hub and freebody are prone to creaks, and the bearings for the front have a non-standard ID that makes them slighlty more difficult to source.

And the Axial Clutch requires a very, very light oil or it won’t engage immediately when it gets to freezing temperatures. Besides Cognition Oil, the only other recommended oil is Phil Wood Bio Lube. The V2 clutch’s spring is also just a piece of foam, which is still less annoying than my V1’s magnets.
