The blue line is added to the tires of their road and gravel pro athletes just for additional attention. Nothing to do with prototypes

There are prototypes being used and those will have the blue line as well, but most you'll see will be standard tires.

Looks like these will be on the new Scott Addict https://www.scott-sports.com/us/en/prod ... imate-bike, does that suggest that it'll be more durable than a TT tire?
Considering Anne Haug barely made it out of the IM WC parking lot with these tires, my initial guess is "no."
This is just an exercise by Scott to pad the marketing weight numbers. Same as Canyon offering the Ultimate with Pro One TT tires on their lightest build, which is unusable for everyday riding.

This failure with the TPU inner tube? Comment says ripped tire.

Did she start with a tube or only try to save it with one?
Schwalbe convinced her to use this tire and it punctured in the first minute. Can just be terrible luck but it's not a good start compared to something like a TT TR which has a track record of robustness.

Sounds a bit as if the old tubeless/tubular trap had found a new victim in one of the Schwalbe/BikeR* exchanges (likely someone at Schwalbe paid more for politeness than for expertise).
Or it's something entirely nonsensical, like a glue-in tire exclusively for hookless rims hallucinated in an accident when someone drunkenly hooked up chatGPT with a particle accelerator

really looking forward to the release though... If they can truly offer a 160g tire that doesn't fall apart after 100km then this will be a crazy weight weenie product - casual 200g right there compared to GP5000S TR let's gooo

There are two tubes visible in that video. Schwalbe has been cryptic about these tires, but they don’t seem to be tubeless, at least not the incarnation all their pros are testing.
Two auto-translated paragraphs
This airtight layer adds 35 grams on a 28mm Continental 5000 TR compared to its tube-type counterpart.
Generous estimate, this layer will be 15 grams in a TPU construction.
Making the layer compatible with the different tubeless fluids has to be a big challenge
A completely new carcass construction with materials used for the first time, as well as completely new manufacturing methods, should allow a weight reduction of an incredible 45%. Based on around 250 grams for a Schwalbe Pro One in 28 mm, this would correspond to a weight reduction of over 110 grams per tire! The first version of this Aerothan tire is used on the Scott Addict RC Ultimate, which is not yet tubeless compatible and has been optimized for use with an Aerothan tube.
I believe they are aiming to do the airtight layer of the tyre with a TPU material.A real highlight are of course the exclusive Syncros Capital SL wheels and the new Schwalbe Aerothan tires. However, first-time buyers of the Addict RC Ultimate will not receive these with the bike straight away, as the official presentation of the new tire will not take place until the end of January. Therefore, the first RC Ultimates will be delivered with the well-known Schwalbe Pro One tires in 30 mm width. In addition, buyers will receive a voucher for two Aerothan tires, which can then be redeemed after the official presentation of the new tires.

GP5K tubetype clincher = 3x110tpi under the tread and 2x110tpi at the sidewalls.
GP5K TL = 3x60tpi under the tread and 2x60tpi at the sidewalls plus a butyl liner.
GP5K S TR = 2x110tpi under the tread and 3x110tpi at the sidewalls with no butyl liner.
You cannot directly compare any of the three tires because each has a different construction.

Of course not, I am going to be off by a lot in relative terms.
I could just take the weight of a TPU tube, 20 - 35 grams, divide it by 2 and assume that to be the weight of the Aerothan airtight layer.
Is the tubeless version going to be 135 grams? Highly unlikely. 160? Maybe, probably not. 170? I would not complain.
Historically, Schwalbe has never been very good at meeting their stated weights. Let's see how the Aerothans turn out, the recently released revolutionary radial MTB tyres are a little bit underwhelming, too.
The Clik valve also needs a big push early next year

There's a bit more about the tyre on Schwalbe's website, this seems to confirm that it's a tubetype tyre and if so, probably not the gamechanger we were hoping it could be:
