looking for really light Tubless disc aluminum wheelset for my son. I just rebuilt a carbon supersix very light but since he is 15 I want to stick with aluminum until he gets more grace in his form.....

Mavic Open Pro UST Disc rim is 430g claimed. Lace with DT240 hubs and CX Ray spokes?

A light option from a UK based wheelbuilder:

There's a weight limit of 70kg but I'm guessing that as your son is 15 he may still be quite light.

Lightweight alloy are probably more fragile than carbon. Certainly the light alloy wheels I had in the past have been terrible.
