I've got WTO 45 wheels which is specc'ed at 26.5mm external rim.

Should I be running 26 or 28mm? What's are people's thoughts?

Your wheel is narrow.
24mm front, 26mm rear.

After 1000km I am still very satisfied with the tires. There have been no puctures, tires are airtight and have good grip.

But there is one thing I mentioned earlier in this thread. Take a look at the attached photos, please. The threads are coming off the sidewalls like I have seen with Continental GP 5000 tires or is it something completely different? And is it something to worry about?
Just got these mounted on my Roval CLX 50s earlier today and will take them out for a ride later today.

I have to say they were a royal pain to mount up. Will caveat that comment with the fact that I'm trying to mount them on to the Roval CLX 50s which, while tubeless compatible, are notorious for being difficult to get tubeless tires to seat. Compared to the Continental GP5000TLs which were nigh impossible to get on even with tire levers but once on, had no issue getting them pumped up, with the Pirelli P Zero TLR SLs, it's the exact opposite; easy to get it on the wheels with just my hands but took every trick in the book to get them to mount and seal. Let's hope it was worth the effort.

Maybe this is one of those situations where I should have just gone with the Specialized RapidAirs since those tires were developed for use with the CLX 50/64s rather than throw caution to the wind and experiment with tubeless tires from another manufacturer when there still is no tubeless standard to ensure compatibility.

I have the CLX32's and Schwalbe Pro Ones go on very easily by hand

Pirelli P Zero Race TLR go in Envelope 4.5AR with just a normal pump.

My CLX 50s, which I’ve now sold, were a royal pain to mount tubeless in general.

So the ride report on the new Pirelli P Zero Race TLR SLs in a 26mm is that I like them a lot.

They roll mighty fast, seem to corner well, and the ride appears to be much more supple than the 25mm Continental GP 5000 TLs I came from though there might be the confounding factor that the Contis definitely were worn out and so whatever ride quality they had originally likely was pretty degraded by the time I swapped out for the Pirellis.

It's not due to the size difference either as the size on the Roval CLX 50s is actually pretty comparable with the Pirellis actually coming in a little narrower than the Contis...

One of the things I noticed about the Pirelli's compared to the Conti GP 5000 TLs is that they roll really quietly. Was used to a certain amount of tire noise when I was biking with the Contis and with the Pirelli's they're dead silent on smooth pavement. Is that from the thinner carcass? compound? Don't know, but between the lack of noise, the speed and the more supple ride, the tires have made a good impression thus far.

The P Zero will be my tire for 2021. This year I road the Schwalbe Pro Ones (28s on Zipp 303 NSW) and while I liked their performance, I was constantly dealing with leaking sealant, losing air and even a few punctures.

FWIW I run the SL26 on 2 bikes since summer last year (coming from Wolfpack Race Cotton/ Spesh TC). I run them tubed with Vittoria latex.
Great roll, very supple (after ca 150km break-in) and great cornering grip (dry, didn't push them hard in wet conditions yet) and feedback in corners. I'll stick with them until Specialized offers an all-black TC or Wolfpack releases a new Race Cotton where the thread isn't coming loose from the casing.

Great thanks, I ran Schwalbe Pro ones TLE last year and I was relatively happy with but they can feel a bit vague so the Pirelli's might be just the ticket.

BTW Specialized did release a Sagan special all-black TC that you might be able to find in some stores. Just wish they made them tubeless...

Looks like they've actually just re-released them but as just 'ltd' rather than a Sagan version
