The wet grip test result has its flaw and is exposed with the clincher model. Visually, you can use the water puddle method to compare different profiles and see how pointy relatively speaking. Or, use a vernier caliper and see where the widest points of the sidewall touch the caliper. Let's say the Race is at the extreme end of pointy profile, then Maxxis High Road is at the other extreme end of rounded profile, just as an example. Guess what? The High Road has the best wet grip in my experience (but it's RR is high AF).
Maybe I should have purchased the RS before speaking, but the BRR wet grip test could have its flaw. Be careful.

BRR wet grip test figures not always reflecting real world performance.
For example, the Race 4S 26 is tested more grippy than Corsa Control G2.0, but in real world usage the reverse is true.

From my friend and my own experience. We climb and descend the same hill all the time, rain and shine. We swap tires often to see which is the grippiest. I purchased the Race 4S specifically for the wet grip but it really disappointed, not even close to Corsa Control G2.0. How long ago was this? The Hutchinson-made 4S scored 71 in edge grip, which is average at best. The Hutchinson-made P Zero Race clincher scored 60 in edge grip, which is downright bad. My SpeedCore P Zero Race TLRs are fantastic in the wet.
Last season. The 4S was Made in Italy. Apart from Corsa Control G2.0, I also compared it with the new High Road (very round profile; thin side wall; light and supple, grippy; high RR). All are 28mm variant and installed on the rear wheel. Now I use 26mm P Zero Race at the front for the fantastic turn in speed and great dry grip in the curve. It scores higher wet grip than Corsa Control G2.0 but the real-world experience is the reverse.
That's good to hear that the SpeedCore Race TLR has great wet grip. Hopefully the RS would be even better.

I went for the TLR RS 28mm front and 30mm rear. My rims are 23mm inner width, 31mm outer width. After one ride, appx 65km, at 54psi the front 28mm tyre measures 29.6mm, and the rear 30mm tyre measures 32.4mm!
Looking at the charts on the 2 boxes I received it seems the measurements are all over the place.
I love the way they feel, they dampen the road chatter/vibrations nicely. They are also very quiet.
I was thinking of trying the GP 5000 S TR but my experience of the tube type GP4000SII and then GP5000 (punctures, sidewall blowout, rough feeling ride) was putting me off, so went with the Pirellis. +1 Watt per tyre vs the S TR, but for the added rubustness and comfort it's worth it imo.

Both those tables are off by 1mm compared to their press packet, so I wonder which is intended to be the final figure.

I just bought P Zero TLR 28mm Speedcore and I'm really dissapointed.
28mm model measures ~26.5mm on 19mm inner width rim !! (the same was with P Zero Race 28 TLR TechWall)
whereas other tires, Conti GP5000 or even Pirelli P Zero Road on the same rim have ~28.5-29mm !!!
should I buy 30mm model to have correct 28-29mm tire ??
