I am about to do my first ever transition to Tubulars, but don't want to look like an idiot ungluing/gluing tubulars on a side of the road in case of a puncture.
Is Conti Sprinter Gatorskin sounds like a good solution to you?
Also, if I use tape will changing tubulars become easier?

With tape it is a lot easier.

I have used Gatorskin; it is a very harsh tubular. In wouldn't recommend it. My experience with dealing latex tubulars has been very good. Also, 25 mm require a bit less pressure than 23mm, sealing better.

Carry a can of PitStop and you likely can be on your way in 2 minutes.

Don't think so; only saw something from Michelin & Pirelli that seem new. They are not using tubulars that much ...

Finally decided to make transition to tubulars, and pulled a trigger on used 2017 Zipp 202 tubulars (latest generation), in great condition for little above 400usd.

About tires, what could you say about Conti Force Comp tubulars front and rear?
That is what glued at the moment.

Here is my first tubular setup.
Got theese 2016-2018 era Zipp 202s with Zipp skewers, valve extenders and Conti Force Comp tires with plenty of life left, glued in for 400usd. Cleaned, serviced freehub and it came out a one gorgeous wheelset I might say! No scratches, very little lateral runout, bearings are smooth, even stickers are looking almost mint! Will run these with Zipp Platinum brake pads.
Now the question is: what sealant to use for this butyl inner tubes?

I trust Orange Seal. It works on my Corsa Control with latex tube. Other people also have positive exp with it.

It seems impossible to find Orange sealant here in Japan, but I can easily get Stan's NoTubes in small 50ml bottle. Is it ok for butyl inner tubulars? In particular I have Continental Force Comp tires.

Should be fine. If you could find it - I ve had good experience on tubulars with Bontrager's sealant.

What 25mm Tubular would be the most comfortable & puncture resistant? Vittoria Costa Control?
I am now on 25mm Conti Competition.

Corsa Controls are good. On normal roads (with some grit), I am fine with standard Corsa.

Some other options in 27-30mm. Bike24 filters shows quite a few models. Veloflex is expensive; Challenge has good offers - but I have had them fail in the past and the ones with latex inner tubes get more pricey.
