Does anyone know if they are still in business? I ordered a replacement freewheel body last month, but haven't heard from them since. And are they the same product or company as NONplus?

Non+ is making hubs for Tactic, and seems they have serious dispute. https://nonpluscomponents.com/blog/pres ... august2024

I didn't know about the patent dispute.
I ordered on June 18 a SRAM XDR freehub body + toolset + spare bearings for my PCW Wake 6560 (switching from R9200 -> AXS E1) straight from the Tactic Racing webshop and finally received everything on July 29.
After some complaining, the tool set was apparently the reason for the wait.
I also had to pay 200+ euros extra for customs etc.
After reading this and my recent experience, I would be very weary of buying again in the future.
Luckily I added some spare bearings to the order, which might prolong my life with them.
