Pirelli P Zero TLR tubeless

I tend to disagree to the above statements wrt the clincher. I have them (purchased 2021) and they are Made in France (even stated on the tire wall). If I understood the TLR news release correctly, only the Limited Edition of the clincher (golden logo) was produced in Italy. However I was not able to find any information anywhere if that LE used a different carcass vs the Hutchinson-made clinchers.

As of early 2022, the P Zero Race 4S clincher and P Zero Race TT clincher are made in Italy.
As of now, the P Zero Race TLR is now made in Italy.

I though the P Zero Race clincher was also transferred to Italian manufacturing, but it's a bit unclear whether it's just the 150th anniversary addition or if they moved over all P Zero Race clinchers.

For those who don't believe it. This is just hanging already for months in my local shop

Curious about the 26mm tire. Im using currently some Pirelli P Zero clincher in 26mm on a 23c inner. Cant get some official info and no Pirelli support answers if these tires are officially rated till 23mm iw as per 2022 ERTRO std (=>25mm tires on 23c rims). Someone can dig some info up somewhere around compatibility ?
I would like to try those new TLR's on my rims (hooked btw) in 26mm disguise. The 26mm clinchers blow up to 28.5+ on those 23c rims.
I compared them to 28mm from a Dutch brand ERE Research and those are even a slightly smaller both in height and width. They where new tough and the Pirellis have about 1200km on them but still

when searching online, how can one know which version is being sold? They should place some versioning or year in the name. It's ends up being really confusing.

Agree. The only difference is that the old one is 127tpi casing while the new one is 120tpi.

Most shops I trust are adding 2023 or "Made in Italy" to the product listing title.

Idd. And very good wet weather and a lot of tire thread.
Good to see that we don't get skinny tires that are worn after 1000km. Thread thickness 3mm compared to 2.3 for a lot of others.
Wonder how much RR would give if they would use the same thin thread

Just a quick reminder for our non-native English posters. Thread and tread are different words, not regional spellings of the same word.

Tire casings are made of nylon or cotton threads (fiber strands.) The grippy rubber cap on a tire is the tread.

The results look practically identical to the Conti Allseason, which is not bad at all. Good to have one more choice in the market.
