The tread is narrower than non-SL variant, which in turn is narrower than other brands (maybe still better than Michelin). Sidewall is super thin as one would expect from such light tire. Use at front only and 19c rim.

Nope. My friend has ridden the 170g SL in 2022 spring and summer, which he bought from taobao in the end of 2021. Not enough puncture resistance for him. Road.cc also reviewed 28c SL in 2020, which was 178g. There is no weight difference

alanyu is correct. The High Road was updated in 2021, though it was hard to get anywhere outside of Asia.
