Did I see this on LFGSS a while ago? Looks really nice, especially the olive green paint

@kgt - feels light and responsive, also stiffer than it's thin tubes suggest.

@guyc - thanks, I'm pleased with the result, it's a keeper (for the time being anyway)

@themidge - yep you're right, olive was the right choice

That turned out pretty sweet.

Did you have it painted or paint it yourself?

An what paint did you use?

Updated English Build. As shown 6500g set up at 1x for now. Some new parts on the way and can switch over to my race wheels to get this under 6000g

I love English cycles, that's classic. I'd love to own one.

Thank you!

I did paint it myself, with Montana spray paints. Usually quite pleased with their products but the olive drab was a pain to use - nozzle blocked constantly, large drops and a rough, easily chipped finish - maybe because it's matte?

Thanks! I've always wanted an olive drab bike and when I saw this frame needing some TLC at a good price a project was born, pleased with out it turned out.
There's a build thread over on LFGSS: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/331111/
