Some amazing bikes here!
I need some guidance. I love me some carbon but I've always been curious about steel frames as well. So far I really love Standert bikes. A mix of steel with modern features.
Could you guide me to similar style bikes I can take a look at? Here's some requirements I have:

- Pure road / race geometry (no need for big gravel tire clearances) Relatively shorter headtube etc.
- Horizontal top tube (Not negative slope, not positive slope. Horizontal)
- Internal wiring / di2 ready
- Disc brakes
- Readily available (i.e. no need to go custom geo)

Please let me know! I've never heard of standert before I took a look into this topic. Probably my ignorance but I wanna know about those brands you don't see everyday.

Nothing exists with trad geo like you want. Get in line for a Rock Lobster, wait is about a year as of now, but he will probably stop building sometime in the next few years. Last chance to get a bay area legend!

As mentioned above, can't think of any off-the-rack bike that meets all of your criteria except for the Standert Triebwerk Disc.

If you could forego the di2 routing then the Cinelli Nemo Tig Disc would be a nice option.

The DeAnima Defer Strada Disc has a very slight sloping top tube.

The Standert is a bike I really enjoy. The Cinelli is a good recommendation. If I were to shop now, I would look into Gunnar; they have a bit more slope than Standert, but it is still ok and geometry is pretty traditional. I am sure you ve seen Condor here already.

De Anima can build it any way you want. Email then.
