The store is closed because of difficulties with the „Ordnungsamt“ (Germany). Was a Hipster-Sushi-Restaurant
@themidge kudos for finally completing the build. I wanted to zoom in to see the bike in detail, but these images are just too small, you should totally attach a higher resolution photos to the message.
Edit: OK, so there are bigger photos in the build thread. Disregard previous message.

Thanks Klaster , glad you found the build thread, but here's the biggest/closest up picture I have (sorry the drivetrain is out of focus.
Here's the love of my life. Top photo most recent, after a couple of upgrades (levers and crankset).
Caad12 105 disc 2017
- Caad12 52cm fame - alu (obvs)
- Caad12 disc forks - carbon. Cut steerer
Farsports 40mm carbon clinchers with dt240s hubs
Continental grand prix 4 season tires - front 25mm, rear 28mm (Heavy as hell.. Swapping to 2x25mm 4000s ii)
Shimano sm-rt99 160mm rotors
Ultegra 8000 brake levers/shifters
Front post mount r585 caliper
Rear flat mount 8000 (why different mounts, canondale, why?!)
Cerammic bb30 to gxp converter
Dura ace 9100 36/52 with 165mm crank arms
Ultegra 6800 11-32 casette (will swap to 8000 11-30)
Shimano hg-701 chain (will swap to kmc 11-sl)
105 spd pedals (looking at dura ace replacements)
Deda 100 aluminium bars
Cannondale C3 stem
Carbon bottle cage
Stock Dale seatclamp
Dale C3 seatpost (hylix waiting for saddle)
Selle royal stock saddle (looking at Chinese carbon around 115g)
Anyone have suggestions other than (or different to) what I've said? Also planning to get some light, shallow wheels for climbing.
Cheers

Used Evo Himod for 3/4 the price of an new CAAD12 ..... thought I would give it a go!
As someone that does black bikes, didn’t start out looking for Acid Red .... it’s a grower though!. 5.95kg fully built with cages.
Flipped most bits from my CAAD and pulled a few other out of my ‘parts bin’.

Took off the winter acessories (fender braackets, wheels) and swapped on my R90SLs from November Bicycles, as well a Lupina saddle. Can't decide if I want to do more with this bike as my Spooky Mulholland is my primary bike getting all the goodies, but the weight on the CAAD isn't far off at all considering its a build without too invested in it.
