CAAD3 SAECO 1998
If it were mine I'd run a more subdued build to highlight the frame more, but this is a beaut.

A different build.
It's a pity that an Hollowgram cranckset can't be installed!

99% finished, I just have to shorten the rear brake cable and pop s cable end on the front.
I'm waiting for back surgery and that's why all the spacers, I'll probably drop it 20-30mm after that. Image
2013 Hi-mod
11 speed SRAM red
Deda Newton classic bars
Prologo nago Evo saddle
Cero AR30's with 23mm pro race 4's (love these wheels)
Intrepid 11 speed chain
Ultegra 11-25 cassette
Speedplay with titanium axle
6.34kg which I'm happy with, alloy bars, stem, seatpost so I can drop more weight if finances let me. Image

Very cool, love the color on that frame.
Dang! My old bike. Note self! Classic shape bars only look good without spacers. I've just purchased the same frame again, now in my 50's im slammed!
This bike was sold as a racing edition with 21mm tubes. You couldnt even fit 23mm's on it. I'd guess they were a batch with too little clearance and to move them on they stuck 21mm tubs and called it a racing edition. Paul's in the UK sold them with 68% off RRP. It wasnt a great bike. Thankfully the team coloured hi mod of the same gen is fantastic, clearance for 28's (Just) and it feels far stiffer. I have it built lighter than this.

6.3kg, size 56, 2016 Hi-Mod, SRAM Red Force mix. First ride on Ali express speedplay pedals and they’re abysmal. Straight in the bin with them.hard to clip in and no retention strength.

Hey - anyone have a pic of the SYS6 in Interference? Looking at a frameset on R&A and their pic and the C-Dale website aren't the best...

Thanks!

Caad 10. Halfway through build. 7.3kg still needs rear brake mech and chain. Spidering put on. First rolling weight about 7.8kg

Still with 1800g wheels. Will change bars to black inc save about 140grams and saddle is 303g as is now.
Cables just taped to frame waiting on rear mech Image

PXL_20230803_151359220.PORTRAIT.ORIGINAL.jpg

2002 Cannondale R400 63cm:
8000 shifters/FD/RD/pedals/11-28 cassette
9100 crankset 52/36
Caden Decadence 59mm tubulars
Veloflex ProTour 28mm tires
EE brakes
Zipp SL70 42cm bars
Kalloy Uno 120mm stem
Ebay carbon saddle/seatpost/cages
Threaded to threadless adapter that's soo heavy (0.5kg!!), but I wanted to keep the original fork
7.9kg

Notes:
I was pleasantly surprised that a 21 year old frameset could clear 28mm tires on 24.5mm wide rims
Does anyone have any recommendations for a lighter alternative for a threaded to threadless adapter?
